Boeing selected Providence and UW Medicine to offer accountable care services direct to their employees. Enrolling as many eligible employees during open enrollment was paramount to the success of this new health care delivery model.
With the goal of enrolling 5,000 employees, Providence enlisted Clarity Marketing Communications to stimulate program enrollment. Through an advertising campaign consisting of outdoor, radio and online ads, efforts touched Boeing employees on their way to work, at work and on their way home. Radio aired in the early morning. Outdoor boards appeared near the Boeing Everett and Renton, Wash. campuses. Online ads were hyper-targeted and were only served to Boeing office buildings.
The result? Nearly 10,000 eligible Boeing employees enrolled in Providence’s program exceeding the stretch enrollment goals for the program, and delighting senior management at Providence and Boeing.
