Swedish Medical Center has invested heavily in daVinci Surgical Systems to perform robotic surgery. Swedish even built an integrated robotic suite on its First Hill campus. However, there was a lack of awareness of Swedish’s robotics strength and experiences, as we’ll as its successes.
Clarity Marketing Communications (Worker Bees) developed a new section on Swedish.org positioning Swedish as the leaders in robotic surgery. New web content was developed. Videos featuring providers discussing robotic procedures, and happy patients were incorporated into the site.
